Stepheni M. Ardoin joins TranscEnDence Educational Partners as an Instructional Consultant with a Specialization in Mathematics bringing to the organization thirteen years of experience as a teacher, lead teacher, department chair, Teach for America Mentor, Differentiated Instruction Coordinator, to Math Specialist in Fort Bend Independent School Districts for the past four years where she creates and guides and coaches teachers through the implementation of math curriculum employing a variety of current, innovative teaching strategies to inspire, motivate, and encourage student-centered learning.

A dedicated, resourceful, and goal-driven educator with a strong commitment to the social and academic growth and development of every student, Stepheni is an accommodating and versatile individual with the talent to develop inspiring teacher training models to ensure maximum performance and instructional moves that will capture a child’s critical thinking skills and breed success. Stepheni is highly skilled at coaching teachers to develop and implement stimulating lesson plans to capture students’ attention and interest. She has an unparalleled ability train teachers in “math moves” required to explain complicated mathematical concepts in an easily understandable manner through discussion-based lessons that promote a deeper understanding of the concepts.

Stepheni is also a skilled educator and mentor with record of success in meeting needs of diverse students. She has an innate ability to inspire and coach teachers in reaching high education standards. She is an esteemed facilitator of math professional development systems with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and management skills. She brings to TranscEnDence well-developed research and curriculum planning skills, technology-supported curriculum pedagogy, and an ability to train teachers in unique ways to provide differentiated and equitable instruction.   • Plan, implement, and evaluate instructional programs with teachers, including learning objectives, instructional strategies, and assessment techniques.
  • Monitor instructional processes to ensure that program activities are related to program outcomes and use findings to take corrective actions.
  • Apply research and district data to improve the content, sequence, and results of the teaching and learning process.
  • Involve instructional staff in evaluating and selecting instructional materials to meet student learning needs.
  • Plan the necessary time, resources, and materials to support accomplishment of educational goals.
  • Design and provide effective staff development activities that incorporate the mission of the district, program evaluation outcomes, and input from teachers and others.

Stepheni brings to TrancEnDence a Bachelor’s of Business Management from Dillard University, a Master’s of Educational Leadership from Walden University, and a Master’s of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Walden University. She is Gifted and Talented Certified, holds dual Generalist Certifications in EC-4 and 4-8 in the State of Texas. When Stepheni is not spreading her expertise in mathematics she enjoys being a mother to her two little boys and wife to her husband Perry in Houston, Texas.
