It’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Sheri L. Miller birthed the organization after twenty-six years of service at the classroom, school leadership and district level in school arenas across the United States.
The TranscEnDence Educational Partners brand is driven by a desire to equip districts/school leaders with the knowledge, tools, and resources to remedy distinct challenges districts/schools need to address in order to drive sustainable student achievement results. Our model includes School Leadership Development Coaching, Executive Performance Coaching for School Leadership Teams, Campus Culture/Climate Transformation, Content Coaching in English/Language Arts and Mathematics, and Strategic Advising. Within this targeted framework we provide customized professional development, research-based coaching methodologies and strategies, executive performance coaching, tiered resource allocation, and strategic advising.

TranscEnDence Educational Partners was founded in 2017 by a team of four Dillard University graduates all driven by a collaborative mission to use their God-given gifts to drive sustainable excellence in urban educational epi-centers around the world. Driven by a spirit of servitude this small team of urban educators brings a wealth of experience, certifications, licenses, skills, gifts and talents to the work of reshaping the manner by which we educate students in urban schools.
